- 4 cups fruit
- 5 cups sugar
- ⅓ cup lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon butter

1. Place all ingredients in a large stock pot. Cook on low heat until sugar melts. Squish fruit down a bit.
2. Turn up to high heat; rolling boil for 12 minutes.
3. Turn off heat and stir.
