- 12 oz. sharp cheddar, cut
- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 3 tablespoons horseradish
- ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 cup pecans

1. Process cheese, cream cheese, horseradish, and cayenne.
2. Make ball and chill.
3. Coarsely chop pecans. Roll ball in pecans and serve with crackers.
