ingredients

  • 6 cups cooked rice
  • ½ cup onion, chopped
  • ½ cup celery, chopped
  • ¼ cup butter
  • 2 small boxes frozen broccoli, cooked
  • 1 can cream of mushroom
  • 1 small jar cheese whiz
  • parmesan

directions

1. Place cooked rice in bottom of greased casserole dish.
2. Saute celery and onion in butter.
3. Combine all remaining ingredients and pour over rice.
4. Sprinkle with parmesan and bake until bubbly (350 for about 20-25 minutes)
