ingredients

  • 1 ¾ cups flour
  • 1 ½ cups sugar
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 ripe bananas (1 cup)
  • ½ cup oil
  • ¼ cup milk
  • 1 tablespoon milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

directions

1. Mix eggs, bananas, oil, milk, and vanilla. Add dry ingredients, stirring until just combined.
2. Pour into greased bread pan.
3. Bake at 325 for 1 hour 20 minutes (if one large loaf) or around 45-50 minutes for mini loaves.
