- 1 pound hot italian sausage
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1-2 cloves garlic
- ½ package frozen chopped spinach
- 30 ounces cannelloni beans
- 49 ounces chicken broth, (large can)
- ¼ cup butter
- 2-3 plum tomatoes
- 3 teaspoons parsley
- 1 cup uncooked macaroni
1. Brown and crumble sausage in olive oil with garlic.
2. Add and cook to boil: spinach, beans, and broth.
3. Add butter, tomatoes, parsley, and pasta.
4. Simmer about 8 minutes; sprinkle with parmesan.
