ingredients

  • 1 pound excess cheese bits (doesn't matter what kind!)
  • ¼ cup white wine or apple juice
  • 3 tablespoons butter, room temp
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 3 tablespoons fresh parsley

directions

1. Cut cheese down to 1 in cubes.
2. Place all in food processor and process for 2 full minutes.
3. Refrigerate if firmer texture is desired.
4. Serve with crackers, veggies, or bread
