  • 1 pound hot italian sausage
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1-2 cloves garlic
  • ½ package frozen chopped spinach
  • 30 ounces cannelloni beans
  • 49 ounces chicken broth, (large can)
  • ¼ cup butter
  • 2-3 plum tomatoes
  • 3 teaspoons parsley
  • 1 cup uncooked macaroni
  • parmesan

directions

1. Brown and crumble sausage in olive oil with garlic.
2. Add and cook to boil: spinach, beans, and broth.
3. Add butter, tomatoes, parsley, and pasta.
4. Simmer about 8 minutes; sprinkle with parmesan.
