ingredients

  • 10 oz. frozen spinach, thawed
  • 12 oz jar artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • ½ cup cream cheese
  • 1 cup cheddar, shredded
  • ¼ teaspoon pepper
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • lemon wedge
  • tortilla chips
  • ¾ cup sour cream

directions

1. Heat oven to 400. Squeeze spinach to remove moisture.
2. Combine spinach, artichoke, cheese, sour cream, cheddar, and spices.
3. Put in baking dish. Bake until lightly golden on top, about 15 minutes.
4. Serve warm.
