ingredients

  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 1 small jar salsa
  • 1 cup sour cream

directions

1. Place frozen chicken breasts in crock pot.
2. Cover with jar of salsa.
3. You can cook on low for 10-12 hours or high for 6-8 hours.
4. About 1 hour before finished, shred all chicken and add sour cream.
5. Serve in tacos with regular taco toppings.
