  • 6-8 roma tomatoes
  • 1 small onion
  • 2-3 cloves garlic
  • pinch salt
  • ½ bundle cilantro
  • ½ cup sugar
  • lime juice
  • 2-3 hot peppers (jalapenos)

directions

1. Either use food processor to pulse or chop finely by hand.
2. Tastes better as it sits for a few hours.
