ingredients

  • 6 - 1.55 ounce chocolate bars, broken into pieces
  • 1- 1 ½ teaspoon oil
  • 2 cups mini marshmellows
  • 8 graham crackers, broken into pieces
  • 12 muffin tin liners

directions

1. In large bowl, toss chocolate and oil. Microwave uncovered at 50% power for 1-2 minutes or until melted.
2. Stir in marshmellows and graham crackers.
3. Spoon into lined-muffin cups (about 1/3 cup each).
4. Refrigerate for 1 hour or until firm.
