ingredients

  • ½ cup ranch dressing
  • ½ cup cheddar cheese
  • ¼ cup bacon pieces
  • 2 pounds red potatoes, quartered (6 cups)
  • 1 tablespoon parsley

directions

1. Preheat oven to 350.
2. Mix dressing, cheese, and bacon in large bowl.
3. Add potatoes; toss lightly
4. Spoon into lightly greased 9x13 pan and cover with foil.
5. Bake 40 minutes. Remove foil, back an additional 15 minutes or until tender.
6. Sprinkle with parsley.
