ingredients

  • 10 cups rice chex
  • 12 ounces chocolate chips
  • 1 ¾ cups peanut butter
  • ½ cup melted butter
  • 3 ½ cups powdered sugar

directions

1. Place cereal in large bowl. Melt chocolate over low heat. Add butter and peanut butter and stir until smooth.
2. Remove and pour over cereal. Stir to coat completely.
3. Pour in large brown bag. Add 1 cup sugar and shake.
4. Repeat with remaining sugar. Spread on waxed paper and cool 1 hour.
