ingredients

  • pie shell
  • ¾ cup sugar
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon corn starch
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon
  • ¾ teaspoon baking soda
  • pinch salt
  • 16 ounces canned pumpkin
  • ¾ cup whipping cream
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 3 eggs, beaten

directions

1. Mix all ingredients with mixer.
2. Pour over pastry crust.
3. Bake at 350 for 55 minutes.
