- ¾ cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon corn starch
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon

- pinch salt
- 16 ounces canned pumpkin
- ¾ cup whipping cream
- ½ cup sour cream
- 3 eggs, beaten
