ingredients

  • 1 yellow cake mix
  • 1 package pistachio pudding
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • ½ cup oil
  • ½ teaspoon almond extract
  • ½ cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • ½ cup finely chopped nuts

directions

1. Combine cake mix, pudding, eggs, sour cream, oil, and almond.
2. Blend for 2 minutes.
3. In separate bowl, combine sugar, cinnamon, and nuts.
4. Pour 1/3 of batter in greased bundt pan. Sprinkle with 1/2 of mixture.
5. Repeat layers. Bake at 350 for 50 minutes, or until springy. Cool 15 minutes, then remove.
