  • 1 cup margarin
  • 1 cup white sugar
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • cup peanut butter
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 2 cups quick oats
  • Icing:
  • ½ stick butter
  • 3 ½ cups powdered sugar
  • ½ cup peanut butter (actually should be 1/2 of 1 1/4 cup)
  • half of 3/4 c milk
  • 1 ½ teaspoons vanilla

**This recipe is for a cookie sheet (like a 1/2 sheet pan) - half for a 9x13 pan

1. Cream butter and sugars.
2. Add eggs, vanilla, and peanut butter.
3. Mix in remaining ingredients until moistened.
4. Spread into greased pan. Bake at 375 for 15-20 minutes, but check before. Finished when starting to turn brown.
5. Mix icing and ice when cool.
