  • 3 eggs beaten
  • 1 cup raisins
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 cup butter
  • 1 cup brown sugar, packed
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 ½ cups flour
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 2 cups oats

directions

1. Soak raisins in beaten eggs and vanilla for up to 1 hour.
2. Preheat oven to 350.
3. In large bowl, cream butter and sugars. Add dry ingredients.
4. Stir in raisin mixture and oats.
5. Drop by rounded teaspoons onto cookie sheet and bake for 12 minutes, or until golden.
