ingredients

  • 1 cup margarine
  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 ½ cups flour
  • 1 ½ teaspoons baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 48 mini reese cups

directions

1. Cream butter and sugar. Add peanut butter, eggs, and vanilla.
2. Combine with dry ingredients.
3. Form into 1" balls and place in mini muffin tins or mini cupcake liners (on cookie sheet).
4. Bake at 375 for 9-10 minutes or until golden and cracking on top.
5. Immediately, remove from oven and drop mini reese cup on each cookie.
6. Cool on pan.
