  • 1 pound ground beef
  • ¾ cup bread crumbs
  • 3 teaspoons italian seasoning
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 teaspoons parsley
  • 3 tablespoons parmesan
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • pinch salt

directions

1. Mix all ingredients together. Roll in balls at desired size (12-24 meatballs).
2. Bake at 350 for 20-30 minutes or until done. Or cook in pan.
