ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef, raw
  • ¾ cup carrot, diced
  • ¾ cup celery, diced
  • 2-3 cloves garlic, crushed
  • ½ egg
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 ½ tablespoons soy sauce
  • ½ tablespoon worchestershire sauce
  • 20-25 wrappers
  • sweet-n-sour sauce

directions

1. Combine all ingredients but wrappers and sauce.
2. Roll into papers and fry in pan with oil.
3. Fry until deep brown. Dip in sauce and serve immediately.
