  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 envelope ranch dressing mix
  • 10 ounces frozen broccoli, drained
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar
  • crackers, bread

directions

1. Preheat to 300.
2. Mix cream cheese, dressing, and sour cream with mixer until blended.
3. Add broccoli and 1 1/2 cup cheddar. Mix well. Spoon in casserole.
4. Bake 20 minutes or until golden and bubbly.
5. Sprinkle with remaining cheddar. Bake 5 minutes.
6. Serve as dip.
