  • 3 baking potatoes
  • olive oil
  • parmesan
  • salt
  • pepper

directions

1. Cut potatoes in "french fry" shape (long, slender sticks).
2. Preheat oven to 400.
3. In a large bowl, toss fries to coat a light coating of oil.
4. Mix in pepper, salt, and parmesan cheese to season (should be lots of parmesan cheese to coat).
5. Lay on cookie sheet and bake about 45 minutes or until golden and crispy (may want to turn during baking).
