  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • ½ teaspoon baking soda
  • ½ teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1 cup butter, softened
  • ¾ cup sugar
  • ¾ cup brown sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup canned pumpkin
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla
  • ½ cup raisins
  • 3 ounces cream cheese
  • cup butter, softened
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 2 cups powdered sugar

directions

1. Mix butter for 1 minute. Add sugars and beat until fluffy. Add pumpkin, egg, and vanilla.
2. Add dry ingredients and stir in raisins.
3. Drop by teaspoonfuls on greased cooke sheet.
4. Bake at 350 for 10-12 minutes. Cool Frost.
