ingredients

  • 1 pound flank steak, cut in 1/4" strips
  • ½ teaspoon red pepper
  • ½ teaspoon ginger
  • 1 cup soy sauce
  • ¼ teaspoon chopped garlic
  • 2 teaspoons sugar
  • 4 beef bouillon cubes
  • chinese vegetables
  • water chestnuts
  • broccoli
  • carrots
  • cornstarch and water
  • cooked rice

directions

1. Soak meat in above sauce for 1-2 hours. Then remove meat and brown.
2. After browning, add marinade and 2-3 cups water and 4 beef bouillon cubes.
3. Add vegetables and cook. Add thickening agent.
4. Serve with rice.
