ingredients

  • 1 ½ pounds ground beef
  • 1 package chicken stove top
  • cup water
  • 2 cans crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1 bottle BBQ sauce
  • ¼ cup packed brown sugar

directions

1. Heat oven to 425. Mix meat, stuffing and water.
2. Shape into 1" balls.
3. Place in baking dish and bake 20 minutes or until done (160 degrees).
4. Stir in remaining ingredients and bake 10 minutes or until sauce is heated through.
