- 1 cup salted butter
- 3 ounces cream cheese
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 egg yolks
- ½ teaspoon vanilla
- 2 ½ cups flour
- ½ teaspoon salt
- Jam, Not jelly
- confectioners' sugar

Beat salted butter, cream cheese, sugar, egg yolk and vanilla
Add flour and salt
Chill 30 min
Shape into 1 inch balls
Place on sheet and flatten with thumb. Fill with lightly flavored jam.
Bake at 350 for 15 min (not brown). Remove.
