ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 ½ teaspoons cinnamon
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup margarine
  • ½ cup sugar
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 3 cups oats
  • 1 cup dried cranberries
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips

directions

1. Heat oven to 350. Cream butter and sugars until fluffy.
2. Add eggs and vanilla. Beat in dry ingredients.
3. Stir in berries, chips, and oats.
4. Place 1/4 cup of dough on sheet, about 3" apart.
5. Bake for 16 minutes or until golden, but tops still moist.
