ingredients

  • 2 packages Martha White cornbread mix
  • 1 pound bacon, crumbled
  • 1 small red onion, diced
  • 1 green bell pepper, diced
  • 2 medium tomatoes, diced
  • 1-1 ¼ cup hellman's mayo

directions

1. Dice veggies and cook bacon. Crumble bacon and set aside.
2. Cook 2 pans of cornbread according to package.
3. Cool cornbread and crumble in large bowl.
4. Add all ingredients, except mayo, and mix.
5. Dress with mayo, judging accordingly.
6. Enjoy!
