ingredients

  • 5 pounds baking potatoes
  • 2 cups sour cream
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1 stick butter

directions

1. Wash, peel, cook and mash potatoes.
2. Add all ingredients until smooth.
3. Bake in greased 2-qt. casserole dish on 375 for 45 minutes or until bubbly.
4. May be made days ahead.
