  • 1 egg white
  • 1 teaspoon water
  • 1 ½ teaspoons vanilla
  • 4 cups roasted unsalted almonds
  • ¾ cup brown sugar
  • ¾ cup sugar
  • 1 ½ teaspoons salt
  • 3-4 teaspoons cinnamon

directions

1. Preheat oven to 250. Lightly grease jelly roll pan.
2. Lightly beat egg white. Add water and vanilla.
3. Beat until frothy.
4. Add nuts. Stir to coat.
5. Mix sugars, salt, and cinnamon. Sprinkle over nuts.
6. Toss to coat; spread evenly on pan.
7. Bake 1 hour, stirring every 20 minutes, or until golden/crunchy.
8. Allow to cool and store in airtight container.
