ingredients

  • 1 package cole slaw mix
  • 1 bunch green onion, chopped
  • 2 packages ramen noodles
  • 1 small package almonds
  • ½ cup sunflower or sesame seeds
  • ½ cup oil
  • ½ cup red wine vinegar
  • ½ teaspoon toasted sesame seeds
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • ½ cup sugar

directions

1. Brown noodles, almonds, and seeds in butter.
2. Mix salad.
3. Mix dressing about 20 minutes before serving and toss.
