ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 2 sticks butter, room temperature
  • ¾ cup light brown sugar
  • ¾ cup sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 ½ cups oats
  • 1 cup dried cherries
  • 4 ½ ounces bittersweet chocolate
  • 1 cup toffee bits

directions

Cream butter and sugar with electric mixer for 2-3 mins until light and fluffy
Add egg and mix on high
Add vanilla and mix
Sift flour and baking soda and mix with wet ingredients until well combined
Add oats, cherries, chocolate and toffee then mix
Spoon onto baking sheet and bake at 350 for 14-16 min, until golden brown
