  • oil
  • 2 ½ cups bisquick
  • 1 ¼ cups water
  • 8 teaspoons hot sauce
  • 1 ¼ pounds chicken, bite size
  • salt
  • 2 scallions, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • bleu cheese dressing
  • celery

directions

1. Heat oil in skillet.
2. Make batter: 2 cups bisquick, water, 6 t hot sauce.
3. Toss chicken in remaining hot sauce, then in coating.
4. Fry 2 minutes on each side. Season with salt.
5. Repeat. Stir scallions in dressing.
6. Serve with dressing and celery.
