  • 6 ounces cream cheese
  • 4 tablespoons mayonnaise

  • salt and pepper
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 3 tablespoons milk
  • 1 ½ ounces bleu cheese

directions

1. In medium bowl, stir together cream cheese, mayo, sour cream, garlic, salt, and pepper.
2. Mix in lemon juice and milk, stirring until smooth.
3. Crumble bleu cheese into mixture, and fold into mix, without breaking chunks.
