ingredients

  • 14 ounces can black beans (leave juice)
  • 1 red pepper, diced
  • 1 onion, small
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder

directions

1. Mix all together and leave in fridge (the longer the better!)
2. Serve with Scoops tortilla chips
